We encourage you to spare some time and read our terms and conditions carefully.
- We do not accept returns that are not entertained as per our return policy.
- All returns are to be inspected upon receipt.
Once a package is return, we inspect it thoroughly at our warehouse facility. After a careful inspection, a determination for its eligibility is made; it is determined the items in the package meet the requirements for credit, replacement, exchange or for repair. Returns processing may take up to seven (7) business days from the time the return is received. - Defective items are accepted for returns with 30 days.
We accept the return of defective items with 20 calendars days from the invoice date. The invoice date will be compared with the original invoice given by the Star Vow. - Returns barred from the manufacturers.
In case of a product which is restricted for returns, Star Vow shall have no liability to accept returns or offer exchanges, replacements or credits on such products. - Products with missing UPC code
Star Vow cannot accept any returns nor offer replacement, exchanges or credit for any product missing the UPC code. Only the product manufacturer can replace any defective item with missing UPC sticker. - Non-defective returns may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Returns of NON-DEFECTIVE items that are returnable by Star Vow to product manufacturers may, at the sole discretion of Star Vow, be accepted for return. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE and such returns will be for store credit or refund at the sole discretion of Advanced Digital Solutions International within thirty (30) calendar days of original invoice date. The invoice date will be compared with the original invoice given by the Star Vow. - Non-returnable items
Among other things, software and consumable products such as toner, ink cartridges, tapes etc are not returnable.
Please note that all return must be complete. This means that they must be packed in their original packing. All accessories as provided by the manufacturer must be included in the return package. In case, a return shipment is improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged, Star Vow will not accept it. Also, items returned in non-qualified shipping containers, affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering, or with any standard certification labels removed (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code) or with barcode missing will be rejected.
We encourage you to ensure the package you wish to return. In the event of loss or damage of the package while it is in transit, Star Vow will have no liability.
